Finally!

I seem to have angered the weaving gods. It took me three tries to get the warp on properly. Everything from mixed up threadings to broken ends. Still, having paid my dues, the warp is on and weaving has commenced.

I’m using the waffle weave draft from Hacyon Yarn and 8/2 cotton in natural, burgundy, rust and green.

I’ve never done waffle weave before – I’m looking forward to seeing how these look after finishing.

This is my first post on my new project blog! Yay!

Here I will discuss my various craft-related activities. Mostly because I like to keep a record of my projects. And maybe, but not likely, someone else out there might like to read about them.
